Important note for avoiding sunlight exposure:
Our LED lamps do an amazing job of setting the gels, but the light from the sun also acts in the same way, just on a bigger scale! So make sure you don't expose your gel palettes to any sunlight coming through your windows, and when you're not using the gels, keep the caps and Palette lid closed and store in a cool, dry place.

What Does 12-Free Mean?
A 12-Free label signifies that our product is free from the 12 most toxic substances often present in conventional gel and nail polishes.
Ambedo Solid Gel Polish Excludes:
Formaldehyde – Typically used to harden polish, formaldehyde is a recognised carcinogen. Prolonged exposure may trigger skin irritation, allergies, and has connections to cancers of the respiratory system.
Toluene – Responsible for the strong, chemical aroma in some polishes, toluene ensures even dispersion of colour pigments for a smooth finish. However, inhalation or contact may harm the nervous system, causing headaches, dizziness, or nausea, and is suspected to heighten risks of developmental issues during pregnancy.
Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) – Acting as a plasticiser and solvent, DBP enhances polish flexibility to resist chipping. Yet, skin absorption is linked to reproductive harm, fertility challenges, and congenital abnormalities.
Camphor – Artificial camphor lends a high-shine effect but may induce nausea, migraines, or lightheadedness with prolonged use.
Formaldehyde Resin – Though it strengthens nails, this derivative can irritate skin and compromise immune function.
Xylene – Used to maintain a smooth consistency, xylene’s harsh vapours (common in industrial products like adhesives) may damage vital organs, including the liver and kidneys, upon overexposure.
Parabens – These preservatives, prevalent in cosmetics, mimic oestrogen and are tied to hormonal disruptions.
Fragrances – Synthetic scents often contain undisclosed chemical blends that may provoke rashes, itching, or worsen skin conditions like eczema.
Phthalates – Added to increase product malleability, these chemicals are associated with heightened cancer risks.
Ethyl Tosylamide – This plasticiser and film-forming agent improves polish durability but raises concerns due to limited safety data.
Triphenyl Phthalate (TPHP) – A dual-purpose plasticiser and flame retardant, TPHP’s potential endocrine-disrupting effects remain under scrutiny.
HEMA – known for its adhesive properties, uncured HEMA can cause severe skin allergies and sensitivities.

A full gel manicure involves 6–10 minutes total of curing under a nail lamp— It would take 250 manicures to equal just 10-20 minutes in midday sun exposure. Takes a fair bit of effort to try and get them right, you really have to rough up your own nails to get then to stick. Even though I got the short almond they were still really really long and so I've had to reshape them

Love the gel adhesive, very easy to work with even though it was my first try with tips of any kind. They seem to come off easily, I had to reapply one due to an air bubble and the alcohol works to loosen the gel adhesive. Had them on for 5 days and no lifting yet. Very happy with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very happy with these tips and solid glue. I have tried many stick on and gel based tips. I have never found a stick on to last even though they claim they will. I have tried gel based tips under lamp... that a very difficult to get off.
These where great. I have a job that requires my hands to be cleaning and wet. I also do hairdressing part time. I was very impressed with the durability of these nails 2 weeks in and still look good, no lose or lifting nails. Highly recommend ! 👌
It's a great product. Does take a few goes to get the hang of it, and not use too much. I have found that the product does not last very long on the free edge of the nail, particularly as the nails grow longer, despite use as instructed. On the other hand does protect your own nails allowing them to grow damage free.
Adore the tips, exactly what I was after. Packaging not so much. Container was broken in half and am still sorting sizes 😂 I'll be back tho ❤️
I got my nails and glue and couldn’t wait to put them on! I don’t know if I don’t have deep enough nail beds as my nails are tiny, or whether the glue was too thick but the nail was sitting up very high near my quick and no matter what I did I couldn’t make it level. I must say though that glue is amazing!

I have held off writing a review about these tips and glue because I wanted to see how long they lasted. I am pleased to say they are still on after two weeks with no signs of popping off, which is quite surprising! I'm a beginner when it comes to press on or acyclic nails and very rough with my hands. This was my actual first set. They have lasted through gym (lifting heavy weights) and house work. I get so many compliments from friends and colleagues. I will say that I spent a lot of time doing prep which I think has contributed to the durability. Ambedo has some helpful videos on how to apply these which I highly recommend watching before using. I don't often write reviews, but these products are worthy of my feedback. Thank you ambedo for making an affordable and high quality product <3
Love this product
As someone who has is constantly changing from using a wheelchair to walking crutches my hands go though a lot everyday, my first set I did using my starter kit lasted on my nails for over 2 weeks. I've never had a salon set that long.
I Can confidently say Ambedo is the best nail brand on the market. I can't recommend them enough. The gel colours are stunning and so easy to apply and no nasty chemical smell!

I'm absolutely in love with this mail system . I have tried so many different products in the past spending hundreds and hundreds just end up paying a fortune at the salon .Finally a product that is simple quick no mess and actually works Thankyou
My mum did a set for me to try as she really loves it and can get over a week out of her set. I had a mail pop off less than 12hours after application and we then had to quickly redo an entire nail before work.
I'm not sure if it's user error or that these just won't stay on for my particular type of nail.
I have difficulty getting any type of nail to stay attached (even professionally done ones only last me 2 weeks before they start to lift), and nail polishes and stickers etc. all last a 3-5 days.
3 stars because they're beautiful and seem to last for my mum, but definitely didn't last for me.
Nail glue is amazing!
So pleased with this product. Haven't used press on style nails in years, as they used to always just flick off almost instantly. Not these. They cure and stay on for so long. I'm up to day 10! I use my hands a lot, having a baby means lots of pram lifting, laundry etc and they've lasted. I cut the nails down to be a bit shorter, which I just did with clippers. The gel is amazing. No mess! A little goes a long way. Do make sure to apply to the centre of the nail,.not the end, for when you press down on it and it spreads. However even if you do have excess glue once you've pressed down on the nail, you just roll it up on to a little ball and use it for the next nail. So good! It cured easily under the lamp. Would 100% recommend,. I'm really pleasantly surprised how good the nails and glue are! Will definitely keep using.
I really like this nail kit. It's easy to use, and remove. Even being completely new at the solid glue and nail kit system, I've managed to get my nails to last a week before wanting a change. This includes putting my nails under the stress of being a stay at home mum and keeping up with housework and looking after the kids. With more practice, I'm sure it would last longer ☺️
It's takes a second to get use to the glue but seems really strong already, zero lifting anywhere on the nail and the nail tips are beautiful! Nice and strong, feels very similar to acrylic nail strength without the damage of having to drill it off.

I’m still getting used to this type of glue. It’s taken a few goes to make sure they stay on for more than a couple of days so far so good. Just make sure you do not get it anywhere near your cuticles or skin. They will pop off.

Glue doesn’t work

We can absolutely assure you that our glue works and will set under an LED lamp. We have a How To Use Page and FAQs page on our site to help our lovely customers get used to this revolutionary nail glue! 😊 it isnt sticky and wont create a mess or damage your natural nails. Just like any nail glue it can take a couple of tries to get the application just right, but once you get the hang of applying the appropriate amount and placing it with the nail tip onto your natural nail, it will set perfectly and last as long as traditional glues (minus the time consuming removal!). When ready to remove, it's as easy as putting some isocol alcohol onto the glue and waiting a mere 15 to 20 seconds for the glue bonds to break! It is the perfect glue for those who dont want the hassle of dififcult and harsh removal but still want to enjoy pretty acrylics ☺️

The glue is so easy to use and there are easy to follow instructions on their website (it would be great if they supplied them on paper) but it is easy to find on the website.
